If you have ever grown plants of any kind or tended them to keep them healthy then you will understand how there is a need to be aware of what any particular plant needs in the way of planting conditions, the type of soil, food, light and tender care it will need to flourish.
You may also know how most plants are forgiving in that they will survive being mis-understood and under nourished for a while.
We as humans on this journey called life can be likened to the plants we care for. We need our nourishment and the right conditions to grow to our fullest potential and as we are more complex in our needs we must understand and be aware of what feeds us physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually.

Yes that is correct, not one of us is broken, there is nothing to mend because we and our lives are all working perfectly and on our orders, and it matters not who you look at or what you feel or think when you remind yourself of this fact,
it is quite simply a monumental and sometimes quite shocking truth that we will explore here.
